Brooker & Co Chartered Surveyors were established in 1998, by Gavin Scott-Brooker. Gavin qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994, and has worked in both Government Departments and private practice dealing with a wide range of residential and commercial property matters. In 1999, the company opened town centre offices in Nantwich, and due to continued growth and expansion, moved again to much larger offices in November 2000 - In 2006 due to further expansion we moved again to our current offices.
We are very proud of our offices - located in a prime location on High Street in the heart of the pedestrianised area in Nantwich Town Centre. The building is a fine Grade II listed Georgian House, and reflects the ethos of the company perfectly. In January 2000, the company incorporated and changed it's name to Brooker & Co (Nantwich)Ltd. Since inception, we have collected many accolades and awards including 1999 Best Start Up Business of the Year - Runner Up, 2000 - Young Businessman of the Year, and SAVA Accreditation.

From humble beginnings, the company has blossomed into a multi disciplinary practice of Chartered Surveyors, with an enviable reputation and client base. We have only been able to do this through continued re-investment and the assembly of the finest staff. It is due to their commitment to quality, and belief in the company that we have the reputation we have.
