  • Business Rates: - Business Rates depend upon an official valuation by the Inland Revenue Valuation Officer of your commercial premises. At Brooker & Co. we can provide advice on challenging your assessment to try and reduce your costs. These matters may go to Tribunals where expert evidence would be necessary. As experienced Chartered Surveyors in this field, we can act as an Expert Witness and Advocate for you. Please do be aware of the bogus rating advisers who at best have no professional expertise, and at worst will simply take your money and run.
