Brooker & Co Chartered Surveyors were established in 1998, by Managing Director - Gavin Scott-Brooker FRICS, Dip NDEA. 

Gavin qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994, having read a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Land Economics at Sheffield and successfully completed his Articles and Final Examinations for admission to the RICS. Gavin has worked in the both the Public Sector for the Inland Revenue Valuation Office Agency and Private Practice and has dealt with a wide variety of residential and commercial property matters, ever since.

In 2000, Gavin was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which is the most senior grade of membership, and election is based upon merit.

Brooker & Co are now one of the leading independent Chartered Surveying Consultancies in South Cheshire with an enviable array of Clients. We are the ONLY firm of Chartered Surveyors in Nantwich providing residential survey advice, with Surveyors actually based in the Town and provide a service across Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire.

We are an RICS Regulated Firm and have BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance Status, and we are members of the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.

Since inception, we have collected many accolades and awards including Crewe & Nantwich Best Start Up Business of the Year 1999 - Runner Up;  Crewe & Nantwich - Young Businessman of the Year 2000, BS EN ISO 9001, Investors in People and SAVA Accreditation.

We act as Chairmen of examination boards for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, assessing new aspiring candidates applying for full membership of the Royal Institution and we have successfully mentored and helped many of the more junior local surveyors along this path.
